Dashboard management and settings

The Dashboard is a space that allows the ALITEO user to create widgets that are primarily graphical in nature and allow quick navigation through the application data. It is possible to create any number of dashboards and within them any number of widgets.

Adding and managing a dashboard

Add a new dashboard using the menu in the top left corner of the screen. After selecting "New dashboard" we need to fill in the name and this dashboard will appear in the white dashboard bar among the other dashboards.

In the same menu we can see all dashboards listed and click on the pin icon to view this dashboard in the dashboards bar. In case this pin is unchecked we can get to the dashboard via this menu.

Dashboards can be moved between each other by drag and drop behind the dashboard name in the dashboards bar

Dashboard settings can be accessed by clicking on the three dots icon in the top right corner of the dashboard (only for the dashboard owner). Depending on the widget settings and within the dashboard, this menu also changes, where we have the following options:

• Share - we can share the dashboard with other users. This option is only available if the widgets within this dashboard work with data from the same, single company,
• Rename - used to change the name of the dashboard,
• Delete - remove the entire dashboard.
