The left panel in the task detail contains a lot of information that is primarily used to manage the task. Users with different rights can see the contents of this panel differently. It can contain the following information:
- Satisfaction rating (visible in the closed task where the rating is required), which, according to the setting in the workspace, includes:
- Evaluator - the user who performed the evaluation,
- Evaluation of satisfaction with the deadline (solution),
- Satisfaction rating of quality (solution),
- Satisfaction rating comment - the evaluator can comment verbally on satisfaction with the solution to the task.
- Solvers - The solver of a task is the user or solver group that is responsible for solving the task at a given time. The task solver can be only an internal user of the company or an external user of the company with licensing and setup in the project as an internal member. The external member can only be the owner of the management task,
- Response time, repair time - this data is available if the SLA is used in the project and task is a project task. this place defines the time that tells when the SLA characteristic (response, repair) should be completed,
- Project attributes - in this field we display all project attributes that have the option "show in task detail" set in their properties,
- Tags - this is where you will find the set tags.,
- Description - this is the actual description of the task. If the description is extensive, there is an "Expand" option available in the description that allows you to view the entire description of the task. If even that is not enough, or if the user finds it difficult to read it in this format, they can use the "Fullscreen" button, which displays the description in a near full screen window,
- Task attributes - these are project attributes that are defined in the workspace,
- Start date - optional start date for solving the task,
- Due date - optional date when the task should be solved,
- Created - date and time when the task was created,
- Priority - we define 5 priority level for tasks,
- Solution status - displays either the solution phase or the state of the task,
- Privacy - privacy of the task,
- Owner - this is the user who created the task. The owner can be changed for another user or project member. The owner of the task can also be an external user and thus a user for whom the license is not paid,
- Task followers - these are users who have the right to the task. Users are automatically added to the followers if they have been the owner, solver or are part of a solver group that has been the solver of the task at least once. Followers can be manually added or removed. Users who have supervisor rights (project, workspace, company) are not listed in the followers even if they have rights to the task. A bell icon may appear next to the name of the supervisor to indicate that the user has detailed notifications enabled in the task,
- Time - we can define the scheduled time for the task. Then, when reporting work by adding timesheets in a given task, we can compare the planned time versus the time worked and thus have an overview of whether our plan was accurate enough,
- Origin method - a task in ALITEO can be created in several ways, which are listed in this field. These are:
- ALITEO - the task was created within the application,
- API - the task was created via API,
- Email - the task was created via email by the company's member,
- Anonymous email - the task was created via an email that does not belong to any member of the company,
- Synchronization - the task was created via synchronization (AOC module).
