In the company's advanced settings, we can additionally disable or enable the following settings:
- Registration without invitation - The user can become a user of the company even if they have not received an invitation, they just needs a link to do so. Otherwise, the link is not sufficient for them to be generated an invitation,
- Sending e-mails - with this setting we can disable all e-mail notifications that will be related to objects belonging to a given company,
- Fulltext search - permission to search company records fulltext. The window for fulltext search is located in the top dark bar, next to the user menu button. This menu searches for both numeric and text characters, which are then searched in the IDs of tasks, projects, teams and timesheets, as well as in the names of these objects themselves.
- For advanced searches, press the "Fulltext Search" button, which takes you to a separate screen where you can refine your search to:
- Task names,
- Search in the whole task,
- Comments,
- ToDo,
- Timesheets,
- Meetings.
- For a successful search, you must enter at least a three-character word that must not contain the following symbols:*/\=!<>()~`@#.,;:'". These symbols are separators and their occurrence will be replaced by a space.
In the company's advanced settings, we can also find basic statistics on the total number of :
- All users,
- Active users,
- Internal users,
- Active projects,
- Active project tasks,
- Attachments size.
Thanks to this information, the company administrator can anticipate the need to change the number of licenses, the type of tariff or the archiving of tasks or projects.
