The Comments tab is the main communication hub of the task. It allows for structured discussion, resource sharing, and linking information across the entire application.
Enter a new comment using the text field at the bottom. To improve clarity, you can use:
Formatting Panel (Tt): Support for bold, italics, underline, strikethrough, lists, indentation, and code format.
Full-Screen View: Enlarges the editing window for comfortable writing of extensive texts.
Emoji and Predefined Comments: Quick insertion of icons or frequently repeated texts.
You can use special characters for quick linking while typing:
Mention (@): Notifies a specific user. The visibility of users in the menu depends on the project settings and user type (internal/external).
Task Link: Inserts a hypertext link to another task by entering its ID.
Attachment Link (&): Creates a link in the text to a file already uploaded to the task.
Comment Link: References a specific comment number within the discussion. You can also link to a comment in another task using the format #TaskID##CommentID.
Attachments and Links: Files can be attached to the comment (via upload or drag & drop) or an external URL link can be inserted.
Google Drive Notice: In order for a preview of a file added from Google Drive to display correctly in the application, the file must be set to "Anyone with the link" in Google Drive. Otherwise, a message stating that the user does not have permission to view the file will be displayed instead of the preview.

For each comment, you can define the access level:
Public: Visible to everyone with access to the task.
Internal: Visible only to internal project members.
Private: Visible only to the author of the comment.
Selected Users: Access to internal and private comments can be extended. Using the "Add selected users" button, you can add users who are not included in the predefined privacy settings.
Using the three-dot icon on each comment or functional icons, you can:
Reply: Creates a direct reaction to a specific comment to maintain context.
Save Comment: Marks a comment as "saved." These posts can then be filtered using the filter at the top of the discussion (similar to archived comments).
Edit and Archive: Authors can modify their comments (when privacy is changed, the original version is archived) or archive them completely.
Create Timesheet: Report time spent on a given activity directly from the comment text.
Get Link: Obtain a direct URL link to a specific post.
