You can make some changes to tasks in bulk on the Home screen and in the Tasks evidence.
Bulk task selection is enabled in the task overview by selecting the checkbox in the upper left corner of the task tab. We can continue the selection by clicking on other tasks, or use the "Select All" option in the header to speed up the selection of more tasks. NOTE: Using this button will only select the first 100 available tasks.
Bulk changes can change:
- Task state - a list of states that each task can be switched to is available in the available menu. In case we select tasks from multiple workspaces in the Tasks evidence, only the standard states available for all tasks will be displayed,
- Tags - we can bulk set tags for selected tasks. Again, it depends on what workspaces the selected tasks belong to,
- Solver - when this change is made, the current solver settings are replaced with the new settings,
- Subtasks - this option is used to additionally create a subtask from an existing task (we either select the parent task from the ones we have selected, or insert a link to another existing task),
- Merge - we can merge selected tasks into one (either select from the available tasks or enter an existing task into which we want to merge these tasks).
