The data type of an attribute determines its properties and is selected according to the needs of the user or process. Several data types are available:
- Logical value - Attribute that has two values: yes and no.
- List of values - Allows you to select one of any number of predefined values.
- User - Allows you to select one or more company users. It is also possible to select an entire solution group.
- Single line text - For entering text of maximum length 255 characters without formatting.
- Multi-line text - For entering text of any length without formatting.
- Formatted text - For entering text of any length with formatting option.
- Number - To enter an integer.
- Decimal number - To enter a decimal number.
- Date - To fill in the date.
- Date and time - To fill in both date and time. This attribute is only displayed if both fields are filled.
- Time - To fill the time.
