Setup and overview of mentees

Mentoring is set up for a specific user in the company settings, and only internal company users can be a mentor or mentored.

The mentoring register (in the top dark bar) gives you an overview of the work of all mentored users. For each of them you can see:

  • Tasks to react to - Tasks that wait for the mentee to respond.
  • Timesheets - Work reports created by the mentee.
  • Activities - An overview of all the mentee's activities.

The mentoring screen also contains a left panel, which is divided into two parts:

  • Mentee - This section of the panel does not change and is used to select the company and then the user whose work you want to review.
  • Filter - Its options change depending on what area (tasks, reports or activities) you are currently viewing:
    • A client filter is available for Tasks to react.
    • For Timesheets, the standard report filter is available (including the ability to create views and use the client filter).
    • For Activities, the filter is not available.
