For a user to have the right to access a timesheets, they must be an active user of the company (access to data is enabled in the user settings within the company). The user subsequently gains the right to the timesheet if they meet one of the following conditions:
- The user is the Owner of the timesheet.
- The user is the Mentor of the timesheet owner.
- The user is a Company Supervisor (internal user), if the timesheet is related to the given company with a link to any object.
- The user is a Workspace Supervisor (internal user), if the timesheet is linked to a project in the given workspace or linked to a task within a project in the given workspace.
- The user is an Internal Project Supervisor, if the timesheet is linked to the specific project or linked to a task within that project.
- The user is an Internal Team Supervisor, if the timesheet is linked to the specific team or linked to a task within that team.
Timesheet Verification
The possibility to verify timesheets is granted based on the user's role and the timesheet's association:
- The Mentor of the user can always verify all timesheets created by that person.
- The Project Manager can verify timesheets linked to a project or a project task.
- The Team Manager can verify timesheets linked to a team or a team task.
