The ALITEO application allows 3 views of projects:
- List - projects are displayed in the form of preview cards,
- Gantt - projects are shown in the timeline,
- Planning - projects and their tasks are shown in a timetable.
List
Individual projects are displayed in the form of preview cards containing basic data:
- Logo,
- Navigation - this is more detailed information on where the project was created (company, workspace),
- Name of the project
- Users - there are 2 groups of users listed here:
- Project administrators/managers - listed to the left of the vertical grey dividing line,
- Project members - listed to the right of the vertical grey dividing line.
- Project information - displays the current project informations
- Active project tasks - project tasks that are not archived closed or cancelled,
- Active management tasks - management tasks that are not archived closed or cancelled,
- Task to react - displays the number of tasks waiting for reaction of the project,
- My today meetings - these are the meetings that are taking place today,
- SLA - information if there is an active SLA on the project,
- Chat - button to view project chat.
In the top right corner of List view, additional tools are available to customize the display of the projects. The following are available:
- Search - search window for full-text search in project name or description,
- Sort by - With this option we can sort projects by:
- Name,
- Creation date,
- From A to Z ascending,
- From A to Z descending.
- Total row - this toggle toggles the panel in the header that displays the sum of all attributes that can be operated on and this function is enabled in their properties.
Gantt
This view allows you to view projects as they are scheduled over time, or as they have a start date and due date set.
If the project does not have defined dates, then clicking into the schedule will set these dates. We can then use drag and drop to move these projects in time, or in the same way to move individual dates by grabbing the start or end of the displayed rectangle.

In this view, project attributes are displayed along with the projects, allowing all key project information to be tracked in one place, providing ALITEO users with more efficient project management, administration and planning.
Planning
This view provides an overview of each user's capacity and the planning of individual tasks. Capacity planning allows project managers to manage users efficiently and provides instant information about the workload of project members.
