New widget

Within each dashboard (of which the user is the owner), the user can create smaller blocks (up to 16 sizes in total), called widgets, in which they themself sets the display and type of information.

You can add a widget by pressing the "Add a widget" button, which will open the new widget dialog.

In the header of this window you can see the listed companies in which the user is a member and also has them active (in the user's menu). At the end of this list there is also an option " Without company", which is used to display the data of all companies.

In the window below we have widgets that are preset and their purpose is to make it easier for the user to set up the most used widgets. These are divided into groups (toggle switch above):

  • All - displays all available widgets,
  • Support - widgets used mainly when using ALITEO as a servicedesk or helpdesk,
  • Projects - for use for project management purposes,
  • Development - widgets needed in case of development management using ALITEO.

After selecting a specific widget, we will see the detailed widget settings and after pressing “Save”, this widget will be added to the dashboard from which we called this menu up.

Widgets can also be added in bulk. Simply select the first widget with the checkbox in the upper right corner, which appears when hovering over the widget tile. Then click on all the widgets you would like to add (just click on the tile, no need to click in the checkbox) and press the "Add widgets to the dashboard" button and all the selected widgets will be added to the dashboard.

It is also possible to define a completely new widget by pressing the "Create your own widget" button, which brings up the widget settings window, where the entire widget is set up and saved.
