It works as a personal alarm clock that alerts you in the app (and optionally via email) at a set time.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to create a reminder<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can set a reminder directly from the task detail. In the top right corner, click the options button (three dots) and select <strong>Reminder<\/strong>. A window will open where you enter the reminder text and choose when it should trigger. You have two options:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Select custom date and time:<\/strong> Choose a specific day and hour in the calendar.<\/li><li><strong>Based on task date:<\/strong> The reminder is dynamically linked to task milestones. You can set an alert, for example, \"1 week before start\" or \"2 days after completion\".<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before saving, you can also check the <strong>Send reminder also by email<\/strong> option.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Central reminder management in the profile<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can find all your active reminders across the entire app together in your user profile in the left menu under <strong>Reminders<\/strong>.
