Information can be delivered via three channels: <strong>In-app<\/strong>, <strong>Email<\/strong>, and <strong>Push notifications<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To receive Push notifications while inactive, you must authorize the feature on your device by selecting \"Turn on for this device\" and confirming the browser system prompt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Permanently active notifications<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Critical notifications always remain active in the application (the \"In-app\" option is disabled\/grayed out). This applies to tasks assigned for reaction or direct user mentions in comments using the \"@\" sign. Forwarding to email and Push notifications remains optional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Optional notifications and detailed notifications (bell icon)<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Standard events (status changes, date changes, added attachments) can be customized across all delivery channels.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The presence of a <strong>bell icon<\/strong> indicates the option to configure detailed notifications. These can be enabled globally for the entire account or locally for specific <strong>tasks<\/strong>, <strong>projects<\/strong>, or <strong>teams<\/strong> directly on their detail pages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Automatic activation and deactivation of detailed notifications<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the bottom of the settings matrix, you can define rules for automatically enabling and disabling detailed notifications based on system roles:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n    <li><strong>Activation conditions<\/strong> \u2013 the system automatically activates detailed notifications on an object if you become its solver, owner, manually added follower, or a member of the assigned solver group.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Deactivation rule<\/strong> \u2013 if you lose your role on the object (e.g. handing over task resolution to another user), the system automatically turns off detailed notifications. <strong>Important rule:<\/strong> If you have automatic activation enabled for multiple roles (e.g. solver and owner) and cease to be the solver while remaining the owner, detailed notifications remain active.
