Licenses in the ALITEO application are governed by the selected plan (Basic<\/b>, Premium<\/b>, or Enterprise<\/b>), which defines the price per user as well as limits applicable to the entire company. Current prices and limits can be found on the Pricing \u2013 ALITEO.com page<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Limits Defined by the Plan<\/h3>\n

The plan primarily defines the following restrictions and parameters:<\/p>\n

    Number of active projects<\/b> \u2013 The maximum number of non-archived projects, ranging from 3<\/b> in the Basic plan to 10,000<\/b> in Enterprise.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Number of active tasks<\/b> \u2013 The maximum number of non-archived tasks, ranging from 30<\/b> up to 200,000<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Storage and attachment size<\/b> \u2013 Total data space (from 1 GB<\/b> to 1,000 GB<\/b>) and the size limit for a single attachment (10 MB<\/b> to 500 MB<\/b>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Number of users<\/b> \u2013 The Basic plan is limited to a maximum of 5 users<\/b>. Higher plans offer an unlimited number of external users<\/b>, while the price for internal users is set at \u20ac7<\/b> (Premium) or \u20ac10<\/b> (Enterprise) per month.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    AI Assistant<\/b> \u2013 Defines the monthly query limit (from 10<\/b> to 900<\/b>) and the number of concurrent calls.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    Technical connectivity<\/b> \u2013 Limits for API communication<\/b> and Webhooks<\/b> (requests per minute) are available in the Premium and Enterprise plans.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Features and Add-ons<\/h3>\n

    The availability of advanced tools and support levels depends on the chosen tier:<\/p>\n

      Customer support<\/b> \u2013 The Premium plan includes standard customer support, while Enterprise provides priority support<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

      Gantt and capacity planning<\/b> \u2013 This feature is included directly in the Enterprise<\/b> plan. For the Premium<\/b> plan, it is available as an optional add-on.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
