The left panel of the meeting detail displays all important information related to it. You can hide the panel using the \"Hide Information\"<\/b> button and show it again with the \"Meeting Information\"<\/b> button, located next to the meeting status toggles. The amount of information displayed depends on whether the meeting is synchronized with your calendar (e.g., Exchange, Office 365, Gmail).<\/p>\n

Information Always Available<\/h3>\n

This information is displayed in the meeting detail whether synchronization is active or not:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Meeting Name<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Meeting Date and Time<\/b><\/li>\n
  • Your Attendance<\/b> \u2013 The confirmed attendance type of the logged-in meeting participant (confirmed, declined, etc.).<\/li>\n
  • Organizer<\/b> \u2013 The user who is organizing the meeting.<\/li>\n
  • Meeting Participants<\/b> \u2013 Users invited to the meeting. For each participant, an icon displays their attendance status:\n

    • Green circle with a checkmark:<\/b> The user has confirmed attendance.<\/li>\n
    • Red circle with a cross:<\/b> The user has declined the invitation.<\/li>\n
    • Yellow circle with a question mark:<\/b> The user has marked \"Maybe.\"<\/li>\n
    • Gray circle with an hourglass:<\/b> The user has not yet responded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
    • Meeting Description<\/b> \u2013 A brief summary of the meeting's content.<\/li>\n
    • Delete Meeting<\/b> \u2013 A button that allows you to delete the meeting from both the ALITEO calendar and your external calendar if it is connected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Information Available Only with Synchronization<\/h3>\n

      This information is displayed only if you have an active and connected calendar:<\/p>\n

      • Meeting Location<\/b><\/li>\n
      • Guests<\/b> \u2013 Participants who are not members of the team and were invited via email.<\/li>\n
      • Resources<\/b> \u2013 Resources assigned to the meeting (e.g., conference rooms).<\/li>\n
      • Privacy<\/b> \u2013 A setting for whether the meeting is public or private.<\/li>\n
      • Show As<\/b> \u2013 The setting for how the event appears to other users who have access to your calendar.<\/li>\n
      • Notifications<\/b><\/li>\n
      • Event Text<\/b> \u2013 The text included in the event invitation created in Exchange.<\/li>\n
      • Connect to Calendar<\/b> \u2013 A button that allows you to save the meeting to your external calendar.<\/li>\n
