These are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Navigation<\/b> - Displays the company, workspace, and project or team name where the meeting is taking place.<\/li>\n<li><b>Meeting name<\/b> - For one-off meetings, a simple name is displayed. For recurring meetings, the name of the series is shown, as well as the date and name of the specific occurrence (instance).<\/li>\n<li><b>Meeting state<\/b> - There are three active meeting states:\n<ul>\n<li><b>Scheduled<\/b> - The default state for any active meeting.<\/li>\n<li><b>Ongoing<\/b> - This state is activated by the organizer or another authorized participant. During this state, all changes and modifications are written to the meeting activity. It also opens the field for writing down meeting points.<\/li>\n<li><b>Ended<\/b> - When the meeting is ended, the ability to edit it is locked.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Controls<\/h3>\n<p>On the right side of the header you will find other important features:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Notifications<\/b> - Toggle to enable detailed notifications for a given meeting. There is also a button to delete all notifications that are related to this meeting and you have them in the right panel.<\/li>\n<li><b>Question<\/b> - Used to keep track of the users who attended the meeting. When completed, the icon in the left pane next to the participants will change from green to a double pipe.<\/li>\n<li><b>Connect<\/b> - A button that allows you to join the video conference created for this meeting.<\/li>\n<li><b>Start Time<\/b> - Click to activate the timekeeping associated with this advice.
