Not only can you easily distribute important information and documents, but you also have the ability to collaborate in real-time via video conferencing and record any changes made.<\/p>\n<h3>Ways to create a meeting<\/h3>\n<p>You can create a meeting in several ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Directly on the calendar<\/b> - Click <b>\"New\"<\/b> (Event) or double-click on a specific date. Then select <b>\"Team Meeting\"<\/b> or <b>\"Project Meeting\"<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li><b>In the project or team details<\/b> - In the <b>\"Meetings\"<\/b> tab, click the <b>\"New Meeting\"<\/b> button. In this tab you will see (based on your permissions) all the meetings that have been created in the project and in which you are a participant.<\/li>\n<li><b>Using the \"Plus\"<\/b> button - Press the <b>\"Plus\"<\/b> round button in the bottom right corner of the screen, select <b>\"Event\"<\/b> and then select <b>\"Team Meeting\"<\/b> or <b>\"Project Meeting\"<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For full functionality, we recommend <b>synchronizing the ALITEO calendar<\/b> with your personal calendar.
