If you use an email account (Exchange, Google or Office 365), it is advisable to enable synchronisation in the user settings. Your external calendar will then synchronise with the ALITEO calendar so you can see all events in both calendars. Detailed information on how synchronization works can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/help.aliteo.com\/en\/how-does-synchronization-work\/\">at this link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There are several controls in the calendar header:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>New button<\/b> - Use this button to quickly create a new event or meeting.<\/li>\n<li><b>Navigation<\/b> - Use the arrows to move to the past or future in the calendar. Click on the calendar icon to go back to today. Next to these elements, the period is displayed according to the currently set calendar mode.<\/li>\n<li><b>Workdays toggle<\/b> - This toggle allows you to show or hide weekend days.<\/li>\n<li><b>Calendar mode switcher<\/b> - You can choose from three calendar view options:\n<ul>\n<li><b>Day<\/b> - Displays the agenda for the current day, as well as the number of meetings, events and scheduled tasks. In the small calendar at the bottom right, you will see colored dots that indicate how many events are scheduled for that day.<\/li>\n<li><b>Week<\/b> - This mode displays the schedule for the entire current week.<\/li>\n<li><b>Month<\/b> - Displays the entire current month broken down into individual days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The ALITEO app also includes a calendar to help you organise your time.
