Views<\/b> (sometimes known as filters) are user-defined settings that allow you to specify exactly which teams you want to display.<\/p>\n

You will find predefined views<\/b> at the top and your own views<\/b> below them.<\/p>\n

Predefined views<\/h2>\n

Predefined views refer to the permissions of the logged-in user and offer the following options:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • My teams<\/b> - These are the teams you are a member of.<\/li>\n
  • Managed teams<\/b> - These are teams where you are an administrator.<\/li>\n
  • All teams<\/b> - Displays all teams that you have permission to. This includes not only those that you are a member of, but also those that are visible to you or that you have access to based on the permissions of the supervisor of the company where the teams are located.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    User-defined views<\/h2>\n

    User-defined views fall into two main categories:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • My<\/b> - These are views that you have defined yourself and that only you can see.<\/li>\n
    • Company<\/b> - These are views defined by the user or company administrator. These views are stored at the company level and, depending on the settings, are visible to other company members. The following types of views can be saved at the company level:\n
        \n
      • Internal users only<\/b> - This view is displayed only to internal users of the company.<\/li>\n
      • Internal and external users<\/b> - This view is displayed to both internal and external users of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Create a new view<\/h2>\n

        To create a new view, press the \"New View\"<\/b> button. In the dialog box that appears, edit the view settings, where you have the following options:<\/p>\n

          \n
        • Company<\/b> - Here you define the company whose teams you want to display. You can also select to display all companies.<\/li>\n
        • Name<\/b> - Define the name of the team you want to filter.<\/li>\n
        • Conditions<\/b> - You can create combinations of multiple conditions that further specify specific teams. Standard data for teams is available.<\/li>\n
        • Additional options<\/b> - Here you will find the following additional options:\n
            \n
          • Including archived teams<\/b> - Also displays teams that are archived.<\/li>\n
          • Only favourite teams<\/b> - Only displays teams that you have marked as favourites.<\/li>\n
          • Including sub-teams<\/b> - Also displays sub-teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Applying and saving a view<\/h2>\n

            After setting up the view in the dialog box, press the \"Apply View\"<\/b> button. The applied view will appear at the top of the left panel in a black window. After checking the displayed data, i.e. the list of teams based on the applied view, you can further edit or save it. To save a view, press the \"Save View<\/b> \" button and select one of the view types in the following dialog box - My<\/b>, Company Internal Users Only<\/b>, or Company Internal and External Users<\/b>.<\/p>\n

            Once saved, the view is available in a list of all views by category. Individual views can be marked as favourites<\/b> (using the star icon), allowing you to edit the list of views you are most interested in. If there is at least one favourite view, the option to show only favourite views is automatically activated (star icon of the category).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
