In some tabs, the left panel is not available at all.<\/p>\n<h3>Left panel for tasks (Tasks and Tasks to respond tabs)<\/h3>\n<p>In the task-related tabs\u00a0in the left panel, <b>you define the views<\/b> and set up a <b>client filter<\/b> to filter the displayed tasks you are interested in. Predefined task views are available to you at this point:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Open Tasks<\/b> - Tasks that are not closed, not cancelled, and not archived.<\/li>\n<li><b>Active Tasks<\/b> - Only tasks in progress that are not archived (tasks in \"To respond\", \"On hold\", \"Proposed for closure\/cancellation\" status are not displayed).<\/li>\n<li><b>All tasks<\/b> - All unarchived tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Left panel under the About tab<\/h3>\n<p>In the case of the <b>About<\/b>\u00a0tab, the scope of the displayed information varies according to the type of user (an external user can only see the project members in this tab), the left panel contains the following items:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Description <\/b>- Description of the project, which is filled in the project settings.<\/li>\n<li><b>Attributes<\/b> - Attributes of the project.<\/li>\n<li><b>Start<\/b> - Project start date, which is filled in the project settings.<\/li>\n<li><b>Completion<\/b> - The end date of the project, which is filled in the project settings.<\/li>\n<li><b>Manager<\/b> - The manager is the person who created the project. However, it is possible to subsequently change the project manager to another internal member of the project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Left panel under the Documents tab<\/h3>\n<p>In the <b>Documents<\/b>\u00a0tab, the left panel is used to create <b>new folders<\/b> or <b>documents<\/b> and to display the <b>directory structure of<\/b> documents in the project.<\/p>\n<h3>Left panel in the Timesheets tab<\/h3>\n<p>The left panel of the <strong>Timesheets<\/strong>\u00a0tab is used to define the <b>views<\/b> and <b>client filter<\/b> for displaying the job reports you are interested in.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The project also contains a left panel, the content of which changes dynamically according to the selected project tab.
