{"id":2513,"date":"2023-05-26T08:32:58","date_gmt":"2023-05-26T08:32:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.aliteo.com\/?p=2513"},"modified":"2025-08-14T11:36:49","modified_gmt":"2025-08-14T11:36:49","slug":"projects-sla","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.aliteo.com\/en\/projects-sla\/","title":{"rendered":"Project's SLA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To enable the <b>SLA (Service Level Agreement)<\/b> functionality for your project and its tasks, you must first define the SLA parameters in the project settings.<\/p>\n<p>To create new parameters, press the <b>\"New SLA parameters\"<\/b> button , define a name and click <b>\"Create\"<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>After creating the new parameters, set the following in the displayed dialog box:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Validity from-to -<\/b> SLA will be calculated for tasks created in this time interval.<\/li>\n<li><b>Working hours<\/b> - You select one of the offered working hours (these are defined in the workspace).<\/li>\n<li><b>Contract<\/b> - You select one of the offered contracts (also defined in the workspace).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can change the contract parameters manually within the project.
