{"id":2467,"date":"2023-09-14T12:35:36","date_gmt":"2023-09-14T12:35:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.aliteo.com\/?p=2467"},"modified":"2025-07-29T08:45:46","modified_gmt":"2025-07-29T08:45:46","slug":"who-has-the-right-to-a-project","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.aliteo.com\/en\/who-has-the-right-to-a-project\/","title":{"rendered":"Who has the right to a project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>To be eligible for a project, a user must meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Must be an active user of the company (data access is enabled in the user settings within the company).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the above condition is met, the user gets the right to the task in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">The user has the right to all projects of which he is a member,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">User has the right to projects with visibility set to \"<strong>All users of the company<\/strong>\",<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>External user<\/strong> has the right to projects with visibility set to \"<strong>External company users<\/strong>\",<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Internal user<\/strong> has the right to projects with visibility set to \"<strong>Internal company users<\/strong>\",<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Company supervisor<\/strong> has the right to all company projects,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>The workspace supervisor<\/strong> has the right to all projects in this workspace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To be eligible for a project, a user must meet the following conditions: Must be an active user of the company (data access is enabled in the user settings within the company).
