The user subsequently gains the right to the timesheet if they meet one of the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The user is the <b>Owner<\/b> of the timesheet.<\/li>\n<li>The user is the <b>Mentor<\/b> of the timesheet owner.<\/li>\n<li>The user is a <b>Company Supervisor<\/b> (internal user), if the timesheet is related to the given company with a link to any object.<\/li>\n<li>The user is a <b>Workspace Supervisor<\/b> (internal user), if the timesheet is linked to a project in the given workspace or linked to a task within a project in the given workspace.<\/li>\n<li>The user is an <strong>Internal Project Supervisor<\/strong>, if the timesheet is linked to the specific project or linked to a task within that project.<\/li>\n<li>The user is an <strong>Internal Team Supervisor<\/strong>, if the timesheet is linked to the specific team or linked to a task within that team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Timesheet Verification<\/h3>\n<p>The possibility to verify timesheets is granted based on the user's role and the timesheet's association:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The <b>Mentor of the user<\/b> can always verify all timesheets created by that person.<\/li>\n<li>The <b>Project Manager<\/b> can verify timesheets linked to a project or a project task.<\/li>\n<li>The <b>Team Manager<\/b> can verify timesheets linked to a team or a team task.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For a user to have the right to access a timesheets, they must be an active user of the company (access to data is enabled in the user settings within the company).
