{"id":2114,"date":"2023-09-14T12:21:10","date_gmt":"2023-09-14T12:21:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.aliteo.com\/?p=2114"},"modified":"2026-07-09T11:14:59","modified_gmt":"2026-07-09T11:14:59","slug":"right-to-task","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.aliteo.com\/en\/right-to-task\/","title":{"rendered":"Task permissions"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For a task to be available to the user in ALITEO, they must meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be an active user of the company (data access is enabled in the user settings within the company),<\/li>\n<li>Must not be a private assignment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If the above conditions are met, the user gets the right to the task in the following cases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>The user is a follower of the task.<\/b> He can become a follower:\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Automatically<\/strong>, if they are:\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Task owner<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><strong>Task solver<\/strong>,<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Member of the <b>task solving group<\/b> that is the task solver.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Manually added <\/b>to the task followers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>The task is in the \"Waiting for project\" status<\/b> and the user is a <b>member of the project<\/b> to which the task belongs.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>The task is in the \"Waiting for team\" state<\/b> and the user is a <b>member of the team<\/b> to which the task belongs.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>The task is in the \"Waiting for user response\" state<\/b> if that user is selected as the person from whom the response is expected.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Supervisors' rights<\/h2>\n<p>A user with the \"Supervisor\" privilege has specific rights above and beyond those of other users. Depending on the level of the ALITEO application at which the user is a supervisor, we distinguish which tasks the user has the right to view:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>A company supervisor<\/b> has the right to view all tasks in the entire company.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>The workspace supervisor<\/b> has the right to all tasks in the workspace projects.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>The project supervisor<\/b> has the right to all tasks of a specific project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Anonymous task owner<\/h2>\n<p><b>An anonymous user<\/b> (a person who is not registered in ALITEO) <b>can also become the owner of a task<\/b>.
