{"id":1501,"date":"2023-06-27T17:42:32","date_gmt":"2023-06-27T17:42:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.aliteo.com\/general-description-of-the-property-4\/"},"modified":"2024-10-14T11:52:55","modified_gmt":"2024-10-14T11:52:55","slug":"general-description-of-the-property-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/help.aliteo.com\/en\/general-description-of-the-property-4\/","title":{"rendered":"General description of the property"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>By attribute rights restriction, we mean the ability to set the internal and external user's right to the attribute.<\/p>\n<p>For shared attributes, we can set the following rights:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>External user's rights for attribute <\/strong>- this right contains 2 options:\n<ul>\n<li>Hide - the attribute is not displayed to the external user,<\/li>\n<li>View - the attribute is displayed to the external user, but they are not able to change it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For other types of attributes we have the following rights available:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Internal <\/strong>user's rights for attribute - this right contains 3 options:\n<ul>\n<li>Hide - the attribute is not displayed to the internal user,<\/li>\n<li>View - the attribute is displayed to the internal user, but they are not able to change it,<\/li>\n<li>Edit - the internal user sees the attribute and has the possibility to edit it at the same time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>External user's rights for attribute <\/strong>- this right contains 3 options:\n<ul>\n<li>Hide - the attribute is not displayed to the external user,<\/li>\n<li>View - the attribute is displayed to the external user, but they are not able to change it,<\/li>\n<li>Edit - the external user sees the attribute and has the possibility to edit it at the same time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If an attribute is created in the project based on a shared attribute, the rights restriction settings in the project take precedence over the rights settings of the shared attribute.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>By attribute rights restriction, we mean the ability to set the internal and external user's right to the attribute.
