In case of an increase, the License can be selected in this menu by pressing the Select a license button.\r\n\r\nIf a license is already activated, it can be changed in the menu of the existing license via the \"Activate\" button and by selecting from the options:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Increase to date - a license increase (higher number of users or higher tariff) is possible at any time during the license term.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Change licence - any licence change is possible on the contract renewal date.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nAfter pressing the button, several tariffs are available to choose from. In the upper right corner there is a field to fill in the number of users and in the header you can switch the payment for the license between annual and monthly.\r\n\r\nOtherwise in this section we find:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Type of active tariff, its limits and their use,<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Set payment details,<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Identification of the payment card and its expiration date,<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Payment history with invoice download.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Licence extension and expiration<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your licence is nearing expiration, the notifications and extension options differ based on the selected payment method:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n    <li><strong>Bank transfer payment<\/strong> \u2013 The button to extend and pay for the licence will appear in the administration no earlier than <strong>8 days<\/strong> before expiration. An email notification (with payment details) is sent <strong>7 days<\/strong> and then again <strong>1 day<\/strong> before expiration. Delaying the button ensures users do not attempt to extend the licence in the system before the actual email notification is generated and sent. For customers with a longer remaining licence validity, the option to pay or extend by bank transfer is not displayed.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Other payment methods<\/strong> (e.g., credit card) \u2013 If you have automatic card payments set up, the licence is extended automatically according to the set period (monthly\/annually) without the need for manual intervention.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changing a payment card<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A payment card is directly linked to an existing recurring subscription profile in the payment gateway. Due to technical limitations on the part of the external payment gateway provider, it is unfortunately not possible to directly edit or replace payment card details on an active recurring subscription (the payment gateway is not operated by us; this is a third-party system limitation). We apologize for this inconvenience.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you need to change the payment card used for your licence, you must re-establish the payment profile using the following procedure:<\/p>\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n    <li><strong>Switch to the Basic plan<\/strong> \u2013 in the licence details, select the option to switch to the free Basic plan on the contract renewal date. This terminates the active recurring profile on the existing card upon expiration of the prepaid period.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Reactivation with the new card<\/strong> \u2013 once the licence transitions to the Basic tier, choose your desired paid plan and enter the details of the new payment card during checkout.
